I am proud of the work done by ADAs Christian Hebert-Pryor and William Dieters to present a strong case and secure a unanimous conviction for the victims of this crime. Our prosecutors will continue working to hold those who cause harm in the community responsible for their actions.”
According to the NOPD reports, Curley, Sr. was arrested in September 2018.
The sentencing date is set for September 14, 2022.
