DA Williams Responds to CM Moreno, CM Harris Regarding HB 813, Prosecuting Abortions

NEW ORLEANS – In response to a May 5, 2022 letter from New Orleans City Councilmembers Helena Moreno and Lesli Harris requesting a response on HB 813 and prosecuting abortions, Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams issued the below letter today.
